Our reverse tuck end carton features top and bottom flaps that close in opposite directions for added security. This classic folding carton style is easy to assemble, stacks flat, and uses material efficiently, making it a cost-effective option for many brands. It’s a versatile solution for lightweight retail items, samples, and industrial products needing clear branding. Rock Valley Packaging can add windows, inserts, and specialty finishes to tailor this reverse tuck box to your product.
For machine production, our standard minimum is 1,000 units. Orders under 1,000 units can be produced but are typically handmade, which results in higher per-unit labor costs. For most projects, 1,000+ units is where pricing becomes most competitive. Contact us with your quantity and we’ll give you a straight quote.
Most orders complete within 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval, depending on order size, complexity, and our current production schedule. Expedited options are available for time-sensitive projects — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your timeline.
Yes. We offer prototyping and sample production on all new orders. A design fee applies depending on project complexity — typically $150 to $2,500 — and that fee is credited back once a purchase order is placed. We provide both digital proofs and physical hard-copy samples for approval before any production begins.
Absolutely. We accept customer-supplied artwork in vector format at a minimum of 300 dpi. Our in-house design team is also available to build a design from scratch or refine your existing files. Either way, nothing goes to press without your sign-off on both a digital proof and a printed sample.
