Typically, we can complete most orders within 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval, depending on the order size. Lead times may vary based on our production schedule and material availability. In some cases, we may be able to expedite the process, while in others it may take longer. Your sales representative will provide more detailed information based on your specific needs.
In general, our minimum order requirement is $3,000. As a custom manufacturer, we can provide quotes for any order size. However, orders under 1,000 units are typically handmade, which results in higher labor costs. As with most manufacturing processes, higher quantities lead to lower unit costs. For most box constructions, a minimum order of 1,000 units is required for machine production due to the setup involved
Yes, we offer prototyping and samples upon request. Custom-made samples may incur a design fee, which will be credited back to you once a purchase order is placed. These fees typically range from $150 to $2,500, depending on the complexity of the project.
Once the design is finalized, we will provide a prototype sample for your approval before moving into production. If your project includes printing, you will also receive a printed sample for approval.
Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own artwork! Additionally, our experienced in-house design team is available to either create a fully custom design for you or assist in refining your existing design. We highly recommend submitting vector files for the best results. For optimal print quality, please ensure all graphics are at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch), as our advanced printing process captures much finer details. High-resolution artwork ensures your final product looks sharp, vibrant, and professional.
Yes, we offer foil stamping, silk screening, and offset printing. Whatever your project requires, we’ll work with you to make it happen.
For all new orders, we work closely with our customers to ensure everything is perfect. We provide a detailed prototype of your box and offer both digital and hard copy proofing of the graphics before going to press. This collaborative process ensures you have full confidence in the design and quality before production begins.
Based on your credit qualifications, we accept company checks and wire transfers, as well as Visa and MasterCard.
We currently do not carry any stock sizes. If you are a distributor and are inquiring about specifics on a custom stock box program please contact our sales manager. The samples on our website and in our catalog are examples of custom packaging products we have made.
Our standard payment terms are as follows: For orders under $5,000, we require a 50% deposit when the order is placed and the remaining 50% before shipment. For orders over $5,000, a 50% deposit is required upfront, 25% before shipment, and the final 25% is invoiced at Net 30. Based on prior business and creditworthiness, we may extend credit on a case-by-case basis. Repeat customers with a strong payment history may qualify for open account terms, provided payments are consistently made on time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, company checks, and wire transfers.
