Rock Valley Packaging operates a fully in-house manufacturing facility in Loves Park, Illinois. That means from die cutting to gluing, lamination to rigid box assembly, every step of your packaging production happens under one roof — giving us direct control over quality, timing, and consistency.
Our equipment list reflects decades of capital investment in precision machinery. We run BOBST die cutters capable of processing up to 9,000 sheets per hour, Emmeci rigid setup box equipment for custom base-and-lid construction, and an Autobond thermal laminator with in-line UV coating and foiling capability. Our Gerber M Series sample table lets us produce accurate prototypes before any production run begins, and our Signature Premier Folder Gluer handles carton widths from 2.25″ up to 44″.
On the warehousing side, our temperature-controlled facility holds up to 600 pallets with stock and release program options — so customers can order in efficient production quantities and draw down inventory on their own schedule.
